This Privacy Policy explains how Kalei Onomati collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our website and services.
Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly, such as your email address, profile details, language preferences, saved content, favourites, and messages or requests you send us. We may also receive limited technical and diagnostic information needed to operate, protect, and maintain the service, such as browser, device, and error information.
How We Use Information
We use information to create and manage accounts, provide the features you request, remember your preferences, protect the security of the service, respond to support requests, improve reliability and performance, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Kalei Onomati may use cookies and similar browser storage technologies to keep users signed in, protect accounts, remember language and accessibility choices, and save cookie preferences. Essential technologies are required for the service to work. Optional analytics, performance, or advertising technologies, if used, are activated only after consent where required. You may delete or block cookies through your browser settings, but some features may stop working correctly.
Storage and Security
Information may be stored and processed through trusted hosting, database, authentication, email, and storage providers that help us operate the service. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
We Do Not Sell Personal Data
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share limited information with service providers that process data on our behalf when necessary to operate, secure, maintain, or support the service. These providers may only use the information for the services they provide to us, subject to their agreements and applicable law.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal data, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of your information. Where processing is based on consent, you may also withdraw that consent. Some rights may be limited where we have a legal obligation or another lawful reason to retain or process information.
Account and Data Deletion
Until an in-app account deletion feature is available, you may request deletion of your Kalei Onomati account and associated personal data by emailing agape@kaleionomati.com from the email address connected to your account. Use the subject line “Account Deletion Request.” We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before completing the request. After verification, we will delete or anonymise the associated information, except for information we are legally required or permitted to retain.
